I have a confirmed reservation from booking.com but when I reached to check in they say it's canceled. I asked how it's possible but they just say it's canceled and I need to contact booking.con to verify when I clearly have a confirmed booking. NOTE: After booking on booking.com there are continues emails from treeboo to pay advance amount for confirmation when booking.com doesn't specify any such requirements. This is not the first time even in goa all treeboo is fradualating confirmed bookings at there own discretion. I request booking.com to enquire into this matter
