Located in Neil Island, SUN SHINE RESORT offers 3-star accommodation with a garden. The accommodation provides karaoke and room service.

Small resort with very friendly owner and his family. The equipment was simple but functional and clean. We missed the fridge, but the owner's wife always kept our beer cold. We liked the owner's "karaoke evenings". To the closest beach is short walk. To visit all other beaches you need tuk-tuk anyway. Our staying here we considered as very pleasant and we extended it by two days.

Boasting a garden and private beach area, as well as a restaurant, Blue Sea Restaurant & Bungalows is situated in Neil Island.

The staff were quite unfriendly here to be honest, I was not welcomed and they behaved like it was an inconvenience that I'd booked a room at all. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, hairs on my pillow, no bedsheet to sleep under. Said it was beach front when I booked but got put in one of the rooms furthest from the beach. The check out time said 11am but they came asking when I would be leaving before 10 which felt quite rude. The beach itself is nice but not a great experience.

Very peaceful island with lovely beaches.

Very peaceful island with lovely beaches. It is trickier to swim but the beaches are interesting with mangroves and jumping with sea shore life. Very nice local people and chilled out vibe Very small island so you can get round everywhere in a few days but nice place to stay for longer if you want to relax somewhere quiet.

One should not miss out Neil Island during their tour planning. Though the neil island is very small as stretch from one side to another is just of 6.5 KMS but the beaches Laxmanpur Beach 1 & 2 are special attractions which one should not miss out.

It is a small island and can be explored in one day. Two days would be just right to make the trip extremely comfortable. Water sports activities are limited and comparatively cheaper than Havelock for e.g. there is Scuba, glass bottom ride, jet ski, banana ride, speed boat ride only.

Beaches are beautiful, clean water, white sand.

Beaches are beautiful, clean water, white sand. Once can walk inside the sea for quite a distance. See-through water, few places you can see marine life without getting into scuba diving. Enjoy peaceful and tension free environment.

The best thing about the island is it is quiet, and you can have a very relaxed holiday. Loved the Laxmanpur beach for the coral bridge, and glorious sunset views. Bharatpur is awesome for some adventure activities. Go for leisurely walks, and some great sea food.

    It's a small island.

It's a small island. A cycle is adequate to cover the entire island! It's beaches are amazing and boast a rich marine life. Peaceful island best place to spend quality time with your friends or family or yourself. My favourite place was laxmanpur beach. I had food at elephant resort and halder pure veg, and senthil's restaurant. Get to places early because it gets dark soon. After 6 it's actually dark. So best time to leave your hotel is 3-3.30 pm.
