This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The receptionist refused to book me in because I was a foreigner. When I asked why this isn't featured on the booking form, he blamed it on Booking.com. When I asked why they had accepted the booking, he blamed it on booking.com and shrugged. When I showed him my booking confirmation he shrugged. When I asked if there was a nearby hotel which accepted foreigners he waved his hand dismissively. He refused to accept that the hotel had done anything wrong, he refused to help me at that point, and he tried to make me feel as if I was in the wrong. Two hours later, my Indian friend turned up and he finally revealed that the hotel next door accepted foregners; however it was full. Unless you are an Indian who thinks that this sort of behaviour is acceptable, never book into this hotel under any circumstances. Please take my review seriously, the reviews written for the property are fake. I checked in at 11:55 pm and the hotel person at reception told me that i have no booking. when i asked him to recheck he told yes but already checked In. Later some person came and told me to show booking by OYO and not bookings.com. After few arguments and their insisting to downloads OYO app they said OK. Then they said i have to pay. I told i have already paid. With great difficulty they agreed after i showed them payment proof. Later they gave me useless rooms, changed them thrice at midnight as AC was not working or unclean rooms. Some how i managed the night , and in the morning they said i have to pay extra for Breakfast. Later at check out, the reception person told me to write very very good feedback on his app. Look this is called cheating. i refused. Very poor experience. Bookings.com should immediately stop advertising this hotel on its website. It’s a neat well planned place.
It’s a neat well planned place. Since NOIDA is a residential area and many residences are being illegally run as guest houses and hotels the board of the hotel name is not used which they use in websites or apps. Hotel Treo Residency is on the website of Make my Trip but the name of the hotel is nowhere. You can reach the place only by address.
