The location is great and easy to get to, and in a nice neighborhood. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and makes the stay more enjoyable. Right next to the guesthouse you'll find grocery stores and a fruit and vegetable shop, and within 100 meters you can find restaurants, a hair salon, cafés, and pretty much everything you need in the area. Also, in every floor there's a common fridge.

Probably the best hostel in Anjuna-Vagator. Definitely the besl in Vagator I love the location. Mango tree is right next door and you can walk to chapora's bars easily, and to the beach. The reception staff and the volunteers were really nice and there was a great atmosphere in the pretty much all the time.

The night I reached there my trip was already sour .. the receptionist asked me to cancel my booking from the app and book directly at the hotel.. saying i will have to pay the cancellation charge as well as the new booking amount. All of this over a confusion of breakfast not being included. Then the dinner i ordered was COLD and not fresh. While all of this is happening i am being charged for everything. Paid almost 800 for a cup of coffee and few chunks of watermelon. By the time i was checking out i had already OVER spent and the only compensation i was given was that last meal i had was free. Otherwise the property is lovely but the staff was ill informed and mismanagement at its peak. Honestly overall it made the whole experience really bad.

What can we say about our stay? We were treated by all the staff as if we were their only guests. The service was wonderful, the food fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. John cooked me a different Indian breakfast every morning. We only ate dinner outside on 3 occasions during our stay as the fool was so good at MasionHaus. We would and will recommend it to everyone. We want to mention everyone who works there by name, as we felt like each one deserves recognition. Divanshu, and Arvind, who were brilliant in expanding our knowledge of India and organising our trips out. John’s team in the kitchen, Lalliansanga (great taste in music) Sambhav, Tejpratap and Ashok. When John wasn’t there they kept up his high standard and produced delicious food. Prema, who kept our room beautifully clean and what seemed like a never ending supply of towels. Last, but not least Milan, who kept us all safe, best wishes Milan for the new baby.
