Resort and it's location was very good. We booked standard rooms and found to be very spacious and luxurious with all required basic amenities. Staff incharge Mr.Md.Ashraf was very polite and made sure that all the services were offered properly from Welcome Drink,Kawah to dinner.

I think this is the only houseboat in the lake with all side window room, i.e. from inside your room you can see the full lake and mountains , you even don't need to come out of the room. And also there is private deck. staff is really good. they served home made food which was good.

Hands down the best stay and experience in Kashmir, located in the calmest, most serene part of Dal lake. Got the system reset that I desperately needed. The rooms are spacious with all amenities.
