Located within 1.6 miles of Bhatye Beach and 28 miles of Jaigad Fort, Hotel Vihar Deluxe provides rooms in Ratnagiri. The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi.

I will say only one thing, the hotel is ok but I will not give it 3 stars because this hotel is of the status of a 2 star hotel, there was hot water 24 hours a day, which was good, nothing else was so special, cleanliness was ok.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Ratnagiri, Samarth Homestay is a homestay surrounded by views of the garden.

The location is serene and peaceful. The Bhurke family who manages the homestay has this property in the woods of Shrigaon Adi which is approx 7 km from Ratnagiri. Aniruddha Bhurke is a polite host who made a map of the routes connecting the property to Ratnagiri and some nearby beaches. He also gave me suggestions for eateries. The refreshments and food you get at this homestay is reasonably priced as the place is affiliated to the Maharashtra Tourism Department. The property overlooks a creek and a lot of trees, giving you serene and vibrant views from your room and the terrace. Being away from the city, the weather was extremely pleasant with chilly mornings.

A beautiful city with nice people.

A beautiful city with nice people. It has a lot of history and cultural significance with a few museums. The public transport needs some serious improvement.. the buses are there but they are in bad shape. The food is great whether you are vegetarian or prefer sea food. Restaurants are modest but serve good food and at a reasonable price. The main beach in the city is very dirty it needs better maintenance. The new pier is a must visit for a great sunset view. Don't forget the mangoes if you visit during summer.

We had booked at Gayathri home stay for 2 nights but moved out to Chitara Residency the next day which is too good, clean & excellent staff. We are frequent travellers to Ratnagiri & would say it's a nice place to visit & has lot of attractions. We have visited Thiba point & palace, Bhatye beach & lot more places. Sea food is our favourite there. We had our own vehicle so was easy to move around. I will avoid staying at Gayathri home stay

For people with their own vehicle this place is ideal.

For people with their own vehicle this place is ideal. The garden surrounding the property is well maintained. All rooms are sea facing. This resort is good for all ages. Hire a local transport to see places around. 2-3 nights stay can cover most of it.
