I will say only one thing, the hotel is ok but I will not give it 3 stars because this hotel is of the status of a 2 star hotel, there was hot water 24 hours a day, which was good, nothing else was so special, cleanliness was ok.

Aniruddha Bhurke is a polite host who made a map of the routes connecting the property to Ratnagiri and some nearby beaches. He also gave me suggestions for eateries. The refreshments and food you get at this homestay is reasonably priced as the place is affiliated to the Maharashtra Tourism Department. The property overlooks a creek and a lot of trees, giving you serene and vibrant views from your room and the terrace. Being away from the city, the weather was extremely pleasant with chilly mornings.
