Excellent local food made with the freshest ingredients, spacious nature of the room, location, cleanliness and facilities. I had a comfortable dorm room to myself. There's a good choice for dinner, important as it's a longish walk into town. Staff is lovely, and the bonfire at night made for a nice social gathering spot.

There are a lot if hotels to choose from but this looked good. For the price I thought it was sub-standard. The staff were nice and friendly but they all appeared to be teenagers who were running the hotel. They tried hard but lacked experience or perhaps a manager. The room was ok but nothing special apart from the view from the balcony. Main issue was mould on the ceiling in bathroom which gave a nasty smell. Food was average.
