It was an overall good experience. I must say the kitchen staff were all just incredible so attentive to anything we needed as well as the F&B service staff. The house keeping staff were really friendly as well and when they cleaned the room they left a lovey note as well as stocked up on our supplies. The pool was lovely although they had little bugs that were biting us when we went for a swim.( I do appreciate that you cannot keep it clean all the time unless you use harsh chemicals). The only drawback I have with this hotel is you can hear everything in the room. You can hear people going by at night, both night we were there he heard such a loud noise of what sounded like a hoover at 10:45 at night and then 11 o’clock which woke both of us up. I had taken video because it was so loud I had no idea what was going on. When we did mention to the front of house as were were checking out they didn’t really seem to interested. I really do like this properly. I would come back here if it was not for the constant disturbing at night.
