Situated in Suryanelli and only 24 km from Munnar Tea Museum, Kolukkumalai camp bookings features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

They demoted our package by asking for more money from someone else. When we questioned this, they gave us a refund and let us go. We had to find a new place at the last minute.

Our stay at THE PLANET was exceptional.. We reached the property at night and in the morning we woke up with an amazing view of luscious tea plantation .. Staffs were friendly. They have arranged jeep for kollukkumalai sunrise .The total cost for kollukkumalai jeep safari is INR 3500.00 ..However we (me n my husband) paid only INR 1400 as we shared with other guests (Total of 5 )..They also guided us to the nearby sights like 1800 m zipline , 600 m zipline and Elephant Abode dam.. They have also arranged evening trekking to phantom hills to view sunset which is complimentary Food was delicious and worth the money ...We as a couple spend only INR 900 for each meal (lunch /dinner , breakfast is complimentary).. If you want an escape from the city life and indulge yourself in the tranquility of nature , this property is definitely recommended

Set in Devikolam, 14 km from Munnar Tea Museum, The Cloud features views of the mountain. An indoor swimming pool and a car rental service are available for guests.

Location was little off from Munnar and calm, with beautiful view. Approach road right on the highway to Theni. Staff are good. Breakfast is just fine.

-Hot water timing 7am to 9am and 7pm to 9pm. Not acceptable for elderly people. -Parking space and the route to it from main road needs to be planned better. -Door lock from inside loose. -The view from the rooms are good. Also rooms are big and clean. Outside sounds can be heard inside in the room. So all the unsatisfied customer conversations with the staffs were disturbing while sleeping. -Windows of toilets are not privacy friendly. Easy peeking from outside possible. -Dustbin not present in rooms. -No floor mat available.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always available, and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast ( only few options) was delicious and well-prepared, providing a great start to the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

    Suryanelli is one of the best visit if you love hill...

    Suryanelli is one of the best visit if you love hill stations and tea. You could get grade A and B teas from here. And since this is the highest tea factory in the world, the taste of the tea is also amazing. Also, the road that leads to this place is really good for bike rides and from the trekking point to the viewpoint, you could also enjoy an extreme off-road trip.

    Travel from Munnar to Pooppara itself is a pleasant...

    Travel from Munnar to Pooppara itself is a pleasant experience. Suryanelli is not a big city but the places that we can visit from there are fantastic. Kolukkumalai Sunrise Point (must ensure that you reach the hill top before sunrise and for that, you should book in advance and must reach the jeep safari point before 4.30 am), Anayirangal Dam, Sunset View from Phantom Hill (for those who like adventure as one need to walk steep hill to reach there and to see the sunset, should reach the base camp before 4 pm). I must admit that I reached there late and therefore, I had to walk alone and as it was late, I had to return halfway!
