The Property is located in such a place which is calm and quite. We were lucky to see the Kanchenjunga for more than 7 hours from Sunrise to about 11-00 AM in the morning of 02ns May 2024. It was a sighting that happened after about two months in this season as per locals. We could also see the Shiv Dham at Sikkim from the view of the Room. We had a reasonably powerful Binocular to view about 10+ peaks of the Snow Clad Himalayas and how the Snow condition was changing from what you could see at 5-00 AM vs how it looks at 9-00 AM, etc.
