Sahid & Ayaan were very courteous,supportive and prompt.
Cook ,Manjoor was good and prepared food well but it doesn't suit our tastebuds much.
There was no TV in the room.
Bum shower was non functional.

The cottage was very spacious with all the facilities and enough room for 4-5 people.
The highlight was the hammam flooring that kept us warm during harsh winter nights.
The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
Overall a great place with great Apple orchards and Mountain View.
