The rooms are tiny but ok. Their Hotel email h6543-re@accor.com DOESNT WORK. Then they send you 10 emails asking you to check in.... as if it is too difficult for their staff. The hotel Sure Does look good but their staff have a chalta-hai attitude. The guy at the Restaurant Billing counter with twisted mustache was the ONLY PERSON who did his work VERY well. He was so full of energy unlike the half sleepy reception staff.

Terrible service. I would definitely not stay there again and neither would I recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is clueless , and the guest is clearly always wrong here.
