Absolutely fantastic location – remote, quiet, but with breathtaking views. Well-equipped, though a bit drafty, especially in the bathroom. Dishes have to be washed in the bathroom sink, which didn’t bother us, but the faucet should be higher for that. Unfortunately, the kettle doesn’t fit underneath for filling either. The host is outstanding, responds incredibly fast, and sent us a forgotten pair of glasses without hesitation. Many, many thanks again for that! See you next time.

Our best accommodation in Iceland. It’s cozy, comfortable, clean, the view is stunning, the kitchenette equipped with all the necessities. There is a capsule coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster. The bed is very comfortable, the surrounding area beautiful and the walks to the beach stunning. We holed up in the cottage during a very rainy and snowy afternoon and could not have felt more cozy. We would definitely recommend staying here and want to again thank our hosts for creating and sharing such a lovely place!

The best stay during our vacation in iceland! The view was absolutely amazing, since the cabin isnt far from the shore. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The interior was very well thought out, the kitchen was nice and had everything you would need. There were 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Overall, our stay was very nice and I would say this was the best stay during our entire trip around iceland. Thank you very much for having us!

Comfortable large room. Large dining kitchen with sea views if weather the were better. Comfortable lounge too. Much better than the place that I stayed in opposite Hvitserkur last year.
