Great spot to stay, about 20 minutes from Holmavik and far enough away from everything that we saw the most amazing northern lights the night we stayed! The hot tub was a nice addition, kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and nice bathroom.

The staff were really nice and the location was beautiful. The dinner is highly recommended, everything was prepared beautifully and the chef presented details of the dishes. Breakfast was great too! Rooms were comfy, as was the warm pool. The pool facilities were a bit dated, but tidy anyway. Great to soak off the day!

The bed was comfortable enough. Blind black-our enough to be able to sleep as long as desired without face mask. The kitchen had basic facilities/equipment, but not many of them for the 4 twin rooms sharing the kitchen. Clean towels provided.

Perfection! We booked this place for the hot tub and it didn't disappoint. There are 4 or 5 other cottages but the distance between them and fencing means that you still feel secluded.
Inside the cottage was clean, the bed was comfortable and the alcove and curtain for the bed made it very cosy.
But we spent most of our waking time outside - either in the hot tub or sitting on the veranda. Each cottage looks slighlty different (we were in the blue one) but I'm sure any would give you a brilliant stay

Excellent place to stay if you are in the area near Holmavik. The hosts were lovely and available for any questions or issues you may have. Spacious, clean , comfortable, modern. Quiet, peaceful, with scenic views. The hot tub is great, Why pay to go to a geothermal tub, when you have one right here. Highly recommend.
