Location was amazing, remote but not hard to reach. The conditions were right and the clouds cleared up for some amazing views of the northern lights! The breakfast was beyond amazing and the best we had at a hotel/hostel/airbnb on our entire 2 week trip. Would definitely stay here again if were ever back in the area!

The location is stellar. We had a room with view of the (frozen) lake. The hotel is sitting on a hill, so you could see the aurora easily if the weather had cooperated. The staff does give you wake-up calls for the Northern Lights! Dinner was wonderful, even if the menu is limited, and very expensive. We had the Blue Ling and the prawn ravioli.

Staff were friendly. Ice cream was fantastic, kitchen was very nice. Breakfast was amazing, and was a perfect spot to see the Northen Lights.

Beautifully decorated upon entering the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was wonderful and the hot tubs were a great bonus. The restaurant looked very nice, we opted to sit at the bar and had a wonderful meal from the bar menu.

The room was well-decorated, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature in the room could be adjusted to suit my need. The breakfast options were not as many as I had expected, but the quality was great. Lastly, there was a sauna room on the third floor, with a great view. Sauna experience after a long, hard and snowy day was superb.
