Good for one night stay. Breakfast was fine, rooms were cleat and there is really nothing more you need from a hotel room for one night. Hotel is located near railway but we did not hear any train passing. Would really recommend this place if you travel to Bergamo for a short trip.

Location and price wise more convenient than sleeping close to the airport at the same brad hotel and having to take a taxi to get to /from the airport. It's literally 6minutes walk from the train station (there you can save another little bit by traveling by train from Milan central) and less than 5 mins from the public bus airport (the first one in the morning allows you to be there at 4.50am). I got an upgraded room, with huge bath tub and all comfort.

Superb communication and very welcoming. Anna at the front desk is phenomenal and Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver, is a rockstar. The other team members I encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, were friendly and professional. Clean room, great location. I cannot wait to go back.

The entrance way to the hotel is spectacular. The location was perfect. Easy to get to the funicular to go to Città Alta. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.Breakfast was ok.

Excellent breakfast variety. Evening meals also available some days and this was very nice too. Parking available but a bit of a climb. A beautiful facility in every way. The staff members were very helpful.
