The location situated so close to the mineral springs. Note to Francigena walkers that the road up to Bagni is a car dodging exercise. But very nice once you arrive. The breakfast and the host providing it was excellent. Friendly and eager to please. I very much the availability of hot water and tea/instant coffee and fruit bowl 24 hrs a day
