The Host and the apartment made this stay very special. I was told a long time ago after visiting different countries and not speaking the native language, that a smile is univeral and needs no translation. I believe the host heard the same thing because she was the most joyous person that has a great gift of hospitality and taking care of needs. The apartment is in a key location only 6 minutes from the dying city Bagnoregio.

Great property in a fantastic location for some beautiful towns and villages. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! We loved the pool, relaxing and quiet and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location in Bagnoregio. It’s like walking into a museum about the life in the old days but here you can touch almost everything. We had four people so we used the two bedrooms on the second floor but not the beds on the annex. The whole house is just as described on the website. The kitchen on ground floor is well equipped and has everything we need for making dinner and breakfast. The host even left a bottle of wine for us which was very generous. The hosts gave very clear and detailed instructions on how to collect the key as well as recommending some nice restaurants in the area. The hosts and the staff were also very nice and helpful with our extra requests and answered all our queries promptly via message box and WhatsApp. The living room on the first floor is spacious and comfy. Bedrooms are also comfortable, we had a good night sleep there. The bathroom is also clean and right next to the bedrooms. Hot water is great with good water pressure, which is a plus as we’re travelling in January. Wi-fi is also good in the whole house. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, and room was very functional.
A quiet and magical medieval town on top of a hill.
A quiet and magical medieval town on top of a hill. To reach the top of the hill, one has to walk around 1 km of a foot bridge. The view of the town and the view from the town are spectacular especially during sunset and sunrise. Towns folk are very friendly. Food is great although a little pricey. Try Cantina di Ariana. The waiter there was very nice. Their food was very good especially the hand-cut ham and the steak that is cooked in front of you by the fire place. Can’t wait to go back there.

Civita di Bagnoregio is definitely worth seeing.
Civita di Bagnoregio is definitely worth seeing. The city has about 12 inhabitants as it is crumbling off of the hillside. It is reachable by walking across a bridge that involves a fairly steep incline at the end. We didn't eat there, but there are many restaurants.

Civita did Bagnoregio is a must see and do when in Umbria / Tuscany area. It is fascinating. It is very much a day-trip tourist location, so staying the night within the Civita gives you a whole new perspective. It becomes very quiet, you feel like you have the town to yourself. A caution though, everything closes by about 7pm (19.00), including the restaurants.

Apartment was huge. Host Carlo, could not do enough for us. Fridge was packed with food, juice, wine, beer, soda, meats, yogurt, fruit. Table full of just about everything for brekkie, lunch and dinner. Bathroom was modern. Bed comfy. Free park 60m away. Lovely neighbourhood.
We would highly recommend staying here.

It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few hours there. As I came by train and bus, I chose to stay a night and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as the sunset and the crowds left. The restaurant, Trattoria Bruschetteria La Cantina di Arianna, where I ate had a great choice on the menu and was a cosy place to eat.

Michela is a fabulous host and the apartment is a true local gem with modern bathroom and kitchen. Having stayed with many private hosts before this, Casa Vacanze il Sogno definitely set a new standard in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Parking is convenient and Michela will have everything ready for you. One can easily walk to Civita Di Bagnarecio for dinner. After staying in different hotels this trip, it's wonderful to have a place that makes us feels like at home.
Everything was simply perfect. Civita di Bagnoregio is a spectacular setting and Corte Della Maesta is a unique and beautiful property whose owners understand the meaning of true hospitality. Cristiana and her staff are warm, attentive hosts who take great pride and pleasure in providing guests with a memorable experience. There is absolutely nothing negative one can say about this magical spot. Very highly recommended.
The host is super nice. Great house in the middle of nowhere, but perfectly centered to visit Orvieto, Viterbo, Civita di Bagnoregio and Bolsena in day trips. House is big and has everything you need, all details are thought-out. Host gave us a bottle of local olive oil.
The breakfast was great with a nice view and with very friendly hosts, it's not a long walk to civita di Bagnoregio. The BnB was located in the middle of the historic centre of Bagnoregio
Bagnoregio is a lovely hilltop town, and this residence is absolutely superb. Over 3 floors, there is ample space. The decor was very tastefully done. Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay.
