Location is good for kitesurfing. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much wind during our stay. We had only 2 days of wind. The room is small for drying wet kite materials and due to high humidity it takes a very long time to dry them. Our materials were still wet after 3 days and they only dried back at home. Kite school in the hotel is not affiliated with the hotel and operates independently.

Spectacular

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation with a few minor inconveniences. The hosts, a kind and welcoming elderly husband and wife, truly made the experience enjoyable. They picked us up at Mozia-Birgi train station at 9:30 pm and even drove us to Trapani Airport at 7 am the next morning, which was just a 7-minute drive. The fee they charged for this service was very reasonable—many times better than what a taxi driver had offered us earlier. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable sofa and a very large double bed. The shared shower and toilet in the hallway were very clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated that the shower had an enclosed cabin, preventing water from spilling onto the room's floor — unlike many other places I've stayed, where I often had to walk on a wet floor after someone had recently used the shower. Before our arrival, we communicated with the host quite a bit through WhatsApp and didn’t expect any language barriers. It wasn’t until we were in the car that we realized he didn’t speak English, as he smiled but remained silent during the drive. However, when we arrived at the accommodation, he pulled out his phone and used a real-time translation app to communicate with us. This approach worked well and allowed us to converse pretty smoothly throughout our stay. Although it was quite late when we arrived, the hostess took the time to show us a local map and suggested we take a walk to see the nearby sea. We set out with that intention but ended up stumbling upon a cozy bar just before reaching the sea. We enjoyed the bar so much that we decided to skip the sea altogether and head back after a few drinks. The 10-minute walk back after the drinks went super quick.
