The room was incredible. Very large with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The view is fantastic. There is a pool, but we did not use it. We made day trips to Lucca and to Cinque Terre. Breakfast is good, for an additional price. Nice restaurants nearby for dinner. I highly recommend eating nearby at 4 Elementi.

Cheated, got a room stinking like a sewer. Yes we know and get used to it. So bad we could not stay, had to book an other, owner told us to contact booking.com for refund. Called booking.com, they were friendly but to no use, got cheated. Seems to be a common on booking.com these days. Every problem is between you and hotel. Unless you can send pictures of stinky room. All with all, horrible experience with this hotel and booking.com
