The apartment Un Bell Incontro is definitely unexpected experience. It was extremely unpleasant place to be. The hygiene is very poor, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was packed with old furniture and had a strong musty smell. It had a mould in the kitchen and bathroom and it was very difficult to breathe. My children and I have asthma and we had to use the inhalers as we were struggling to breathe. The kitchen had dirty and unexceptionally scratched pots and broken appliances that were mouldy and had a repulsive smell. The shower was revolting, with mould and black mat that was covering the dirt and mould. The apartment was freezing despite the temperature being 4C in the evening and night and we had to sleep with our children to warm them up as host refused to turn the heating on. We had to leave the apartment and book another accommodation as it was inhumane to stay there, especially with children. I would not recommend this place and don’t be fooled with the nice pictures of the pool and flowers.

It was easy to get inside. The house has a private parking and a small yard. It was spacious and clean. The owner spoke well English and was clear and friendly in communicating. We had a relative sleeping over one night with us and that was no problem. That was very nice. The location is great, you can enter the gate with your car and park inside.

The room was very good, clean and well decorated. Staff very helpful. The bed was super comfortable and had a stylish bathroom, with good shower and lots of additional complimentary accessories. Lots of places to eat nearby (The Old Wild West restaurant, over the road, was good.)
