The price we paid for the facilities provided is absolutely value for money. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. They catered to our every request. We did not have a car, so they provided shuttle service to nearby locations and also to Ricadi train station.

To fully enjoy a stay in Capo Vaticano you really need at least a week. That's why Hotel Village Eden, on the splendid Grotticelle Beach, is bookable for weekly stays.

The location is extremely beautiful for a beach holiday and situated in a lovely garden.Very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious and private close to the mini market and pool The restaurant serves great pizzas The shuttle up and down the hill is fantastic and well needed

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is good. Overall, everything was excellent. The only small complaint is that there were no glasses or cups in the room, which would have definitely improved the overall experience. Despite that, I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly choose this hotel again.

Located in Capo Vaticano, Hotel Residence Costa Azzurra is just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It features a garden with outdoor pool, children's playground and BBQ facilities.

We had very nice, big room with a large balcony and view to sea and the mountains and across the village. There was airconditioning, room was spacious and clean, with beautiful furniture and decoration. The pool area is my favourite and the reason I chose to return to this hotel. It's beautiful and well taken care off and the pictures do not even show its beauty. I visited this hotel before in 2023 and at that time breakfast was a more simple with coffee machine, bakery, cerial, jams and yogurt. But now they have made the breakfast just perfect and I was amazed! In addition to all mentioned before, there is fresh red onion, tomatoes, salad, fried bacon and eggs. The shuttle bus to the beach is perfect, because the walk in steap road is pretty heavy on a hot day.

Wonderful. The room and the bathroom are exceptional. New furniture, very tasteful and clean. It looks better than in the pictures. Very good parking, in front of the room and the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant with exceptional local products and good prices. Our best accommodation of the 7 from the trip in Italy. Special and professional people. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and congratulate you on everything you have achieved.

    Nice accommodation not far from Capo Vaticano. The train station is a 5 minute walk if you take the shortcut along the tracks. Breakfast very good, great choice. Owners very nice and helpful.

    great sea for snorkeling but sometimes jellyfish on Grotticelle beach (very painful for kids) - in Tropea no jellyfish and calm sea all the times. in summer has the area problems with water supply - before check-in ask the owner of the property of the state of water in the tanks (we had bad luck in July, our apartment ran out of water twice a week - very stressful) the beaches of Capo Vaticano are available by car (parking is for 1,50 Eur/hour) or on foot 20min walk downhill (but up the hill in hot weather is guite a challenge) snorkeling in this sea is like in an aquarium :-)

    The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The wifi and speed was amazing. The food was good. The breakfast was not entirely free as the website suggests. The lunch buffet was delicious and loved the female bartender at the snack shack by the pool who helped us. The hotel was not a 4 star as it states and the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel is poor and run down, not safe to walk around at night. There is no iron available for hotel guests. The hotel pool needs to be fixed and maintained. The tiles are missing throughout the pool and the pool has algae growing on the side tiles. The beach made up for the pool. We had to buy towels as the hotel did not supply towels for pool/beach, 10 Euros a towel at the local market. The ocean floor is rocky and slimy and its very difficult to get in. We were not prepared to deal with the rockiness of the beach and needed to buy water shoes.

    It is a resort where you will enjoy your time even if you don’t want to step outside of the property. Lush gardens, excellent pool area, cozy bar and lunch restaurant and beautiful outdoor setting for dinner. There is a separate entertaining facility for kids with animators, a well equipped gym, small boutique, bike rental, and of course the beach with beds and clean towels! Staff members are very kind and supportive.

    Everything was perfect, very clean room with a nice sea-view , spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff . Would stay here again if I’m in this area. Free secured parking was a bonus for us since we were traveling by car. Very delicious pizza at the hotel restaurant at a reasonable price.

    The hotel had a nice setup with a cosy yard/garden with beautiful plants. 200m to the beach. Easy walking if you are reasonably fit, but there is also a bus shuttle from the hotel. (Useful to have a car if you want to explore other places)
