I loved everything about this place. The house is soo cosy and romantic. The style is amazing and everything was perfect. It's my dream house. The place is a bit far from the centre, but the public transport is not bad and you can reach it. I do not regret having chosen this place to stay because I experienced another side of Rome which is not that popular but to me is very charming. If you're looking fi a quiet and authentic ambience, this is your choice. Also, the owner is very nice. Communication between us was very good. The fridge as the kitchen table were full of snacks and drinks. Herself and her mum were very helpful and kind. On my checkout, they also offerred me a ride to the train station which I appreciated so much. Highly recommended!

Overall the guest house is a really nicely maintained palazzino full of character and in a location that's convenient for Rome, Lazio province and Umbria. The breakfasts up on the rooftop terrace were a pleasure each morning. It was lovely to chat with Maria, the manager. She prepared fried eggs and tomatoes for us on request, in addition to the standard help-yourself items.
