Chatillon is next to Saint-Vincent, which is a pleasant village with good restaurants and a very nice SPA. The location is quite central to the Aosta Valley, so you are about between 30 to 60 minutes away from most interesting hiking spots. The restaurants disappointed us because at times we found them closed. Bistroquet, Atmosphere and Summer were the ones we found open. Kitchen well equipped to prepare your own meals and there is a Carrefour across the road - 2minutes walk. Washing machine and clothes drying rack was a great help - we are walking the via Francigena. People at deskfront very kindly and friendly with tips and advices to visit Cervinis/Zermatt. The hotel has a link with a restaurant 5 minutes walking with a 10%off.
