Very warm and charming welcome from the couple who own and play host to the agriturismo. Beautiful setting and extremely peaceful surroundings. La signora provided a delicious dinner perfectly in keeping with the character of the rustic Umbrian setting. Altogether delightful and very comfortable accommodation.

This is a fantastic place! The owners are kind and very professional, the place is quiet, tranquil, beautiful and just the place you need after a busy day sightseeing. The food is fantastic, home made and goes with fantastic Umbrian wine. The kindness and thoughtfulness of Roberto and Carla was way beyond my expectations. I would love to come back and have a longer stay.

The main drawcard is the stunning renovation. The building itself and the interior design are spectacular. Unfortunately we were there at the end of April only a week or so after the season opening and it was a little too quiet. Our first night at dinner there were only another two people and it just felt awkward.
The restaurant staff were brilliant but the reception staff weren’t nearly as authentically hospitable.
Finally I was extremely disappointed with both booking.com and the reservation team at Borgo Dei Conti for not managing to organise an adjacent room for my children. Instead they were on the other side of the building. Zero stars for that blunder. Paying using a weak Australian dollar at a very expensive hotel that sort of oversight is not acceptable

A wonderful warm hearted place for any (book loving) traveller to visit. It's run by a lovely couple with eye for detail. The B&B had everything you could wish for: easy accessibility, parking infront (a bit tight as it's in the mountain, but very doable), a grand variety of tea, a coffee machine, a wonderful relaxing shower, enough pillows to make a forth, an extensive book collection, small table games and children activities, they welcome pets, they will prepare a wine bottle opener if you request one, a lavish and delicious home made breakfast, and if you give them a heads up they can even serve you dinner (for extra costs, but very reasonably priced) in the B&B. It was a wonderful experience and I haven't had such a good and restful night in a long time.
