The rooms are Spartan but the owner was very kind and the seafood restaurant crowded with locals.
BUT we had the wrong reservation date and the owner had to give us his last two rooms which perhaps were not his best.
If I had to stay near the airport I would recommend this place.
Make reservations for dinner because it gets busy.

Ippilito was so kind and gracious (despite my forgetting to confirm the reservation and time of arrival)! We were a group of 6 looking for a quiet place to stay near the Palermo airport as we were leaving the next day. We rented both units. They both had kitchens and we were supplied with water, wine and breakfast foods! The neighborhood was quiet. We went to the local grocery store and had a nice dinner in the apartment.

A typical coastal area with not a wide variety of choices but a couple of decent beaches and some places to eat and have a drink.. If you're not too demanding, you want to have some peaceful holidays - especially with family - and be really close to the airport, why not choose Cinisi?

Cinisi and Terrasini.
Cinisi and Terrasini. 💛 Small beautiful seaside towns. 14 minutes from Falcone Borsellini Airport. 🛫
Beautiful and peaceful cities.🏩
There aren't many tourists here, but you'll run into them all around.
People here are extremely friendly and happy to help with anything. 💛
And the best is the coffee in the coffeshop 😋☕ With a small dessert. 🥧🍮🍰 And great ice cream. 🍨🍧🍦
The beautiful Magaggiari beach⛱️, which is not crowded in the off-season.
I think there will be many tourists in the season.
We were lucky, we went out of season and the stay and the beach were really quiet and pleasant.🙏🎉🍀

The house, yard, and hosts were simply amazing!! There were sun loungers and table and chairs outside, and the inside bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were immaculate! The kitchen was stocked with a large variety of breakfast foods, and when the coffee machine stopped working, our host was kind enough to go out and buy us another one. A wonderful stay and great way to end our trip to Sicily!!

Cinisi wasn't ideal for the airport, but it provided a suitable and relatively cheap overnight stop - provided you can get transport to the airport. Eating out in Cinisi town was very limited with several street food outlets. I didn't see a 'normal' restaurant that was open.

Cinisi is a rather small village mostly with rural properties and a main street with gas stations, small stores, and a restaurant. It is convenient for one night travelers. I would recommend staying there only if you need to catch a flight and avoid possible traffic jams from Palermo.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable stay a short drive from the airport. The host is also able to pick up and drop off at the airport (at additional cost). Rooms/ Bed were comofrtable and well stocked. Excellent water pressure in bathroom. We were stuck for an extra night in Sicily (cancelled flight) and the hosts were very helpful in making our stay less difficult. Good restaurants nearby.
First day in Sicily so chose this hotel based on location. It’s 10mins from the airport and has parking.
Facilities are good, though very expensive. €7 for a bottle of beer for example. Restaurant is also very expensive. We had a quick lunch for 2 adults and a child and it was €90. We soon learned most places across the island are considerably cheaper.
Pool are is great and very relaxing.
I landed at 1 am, Fiorella & Gaspare came to pick me up from the airport. The room was simply furnished, but it was the cleanest house I have ever seen. In the morning I got coffee, friendly chat & a tour of their vegetable garden. Then Gaspare took me to the bus stop to continue my journey. Thank you for a great first night in Sicily.
Modern renovation with a bit of the old for character and loved the map of Sicily on the stone at the entrance...very quiet location ...slept like a log. Breakfast was fabulous. Host was able to speak English and extremely nice.
Excellent hosts, very comfortable villa with a pool
Reliable taxi booked by host for early flight departure
A nice way to end our fabulous trip through Sicily
