The location is perfect for enjoying Cortona. The views from the veranda are exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very nice buffet style with many options. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast was of good quality, and they provided gluten free options, which was very helpful. Beatrice was always responsive to our questions and needs. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The cleaning service was prompt each day. The room had power outlets near each bed, which was convenient for charging devices. We thoroughly enjoyed Cortona, and this location was a big factor. The bus stop from the train station was across the street, the place for e-bikes was right up the road, the park was just up the hill, and we could even reach the church at the top of the hill, though that took a bit of effort because Cortona is on a steep hillside. We would recommend staying here to all of our friends.

This is the best place we stayed in our whole trip. I love history and immersing in cultures, this was what I wanted. Amazing view, fantastic food, very nice staff, and a great overall experience.

The breakfast was not huge. But it had cereals and Steven made us fried eggs and omelette to order, which was good enough for us. Adding some fruits would have been nice. The rooms are large, spotless with a large bathroom. A lot of thoughtful amenities like slippers, heated floors in the bathroom, fridge with complimentary drinks etc. Short distance from Cortona so lots of restaurants and shops.

The pool is fabulous. Great walks in the countryside. Very friendly people work there and interesting people stay there. A short drive into Cortona, but plenty of good restaurants without having to drive up into the city.
