I made a mistake in my reservation and our host was MORE than helpful in making sure things went smoothly for me and my travel guests. She was so accommodating that it made my trip go so smoothly. The breakfast was also wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was also very quiet.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s a lovely and well-maintained property with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast exceeded my expectations in both variety and quality. I especially appreciated the presence of a separate bidet in the bathroom—a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of my stay. When I requested a kettle, the staff provided one promptly and at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent—close to the Unipol Forum, where I attended the Sabrina Carpenter concert, and conveniently near the metro station. I noticed some reviews mentioning issues with bugs, but I personally experienced no such problems. My room was on the fourth floor, which may have contributed to the absence of any insects during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

The Hotel is conveniently located on the Tangenziale, which is great for an overnight stay during a trip. The common areas are nice and modern. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast is fine.

Sensational breakfast - I've stayed in 5* hotels where the breakfast wasn't as good. Really funky design. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms completely quiet at night.
