Location is convenient, close to the city center, with good parking options. Apartment is really bright, spacious with two bathrooms and very good kitchen. Even though we have stayed only one night, we got a welcome bottle of sparkling wine! So kind! The host was very assistive and nice - really wonderful experience! I hope that we will come back!

    Dervio is a small quiet town with friendly people.

    Dervio is a small quiet town with friendly people. Sail boating is very famous here and people from all over the world come here for that during the season. The restaurant Urban Fish by the lake is run by locals and is recommended. There was a wine tasting festival with live music and visit to the family wine cellars when we were there in mid September.

    As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many restaurants closed in the evening. Fortunately we found one opened 30 minutes away driving. Quiet small town, good to relax or trekking. After we explored the area other cities around were also interesting and some prettier. Dervio is good to stay and relax while visiting other cities around the lake Como.

    Very nice and quiet apartment! Perfect place to discover the Como lake. Perfect hospitality and very nice and clean apartment. In the front of the house the Italian traditional shop with the very good Italian food. The apartment is high recommendable !!!! Thank you

    Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake.

    Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake. But in Dervio you can find much more magnificent view on the lake and the mountains. You can also experience some water activity and enjoy the nature without so many tourists

    The property was in a beautiful location, very accessible to all the main attractions in Lake como. The host Stefano was extremely helpful with giving directions, advice on where to go and eat. He was very accommodating and even made some calls in Italian on our behalf for booking different activities. When we arrived we entered a pristine and well equipped apartment, Stefano also left us some Prosecco.

    Beautiful views, all the amenities you need and a spacious, large apartment. Great beach right next to the house and very nice views from the window. For this price, the apartment exceeded our expectations. Dervio is small and quiet, but very well connected with the rest of the important cities.

    We had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment in Dervio! It was well-equipped and perfect for our group of three. We loved the charming decor and felt right at home. The location is convenient, easy to reach by car or train, and close to a store. Highly recommend!

    It was an authentic Italian experience, in that kind of house from those wonderful small streets, with a nice breakfast, and the biggest plus was the lady who prepared our breakfast, super cool with a nice attitude with the kids, we loved her!
