Location was spectacular: in a small town of some 300 inhabitants with a phenomenal view over the Tiber valley, from a top of 500m. Tiber can be seen. And the terrace on the top of the Pink House is easy reachable and a great point to relax after a good day's walk or in the morning for a good coffee to start the day. Heating is organised easy and well in all chambers. Warm water for 2 long showers. Kitchen is well equipped. And great extra benefit of a breakfast. And not to forget a great drive by the son of the landlady, to the train in Fara Sabina train station at some 12km.

Was mostly clean, the rooms are simple but with very small natural light. Was nice to have a “private garden”. Outside place it’s pleasant.

Great central location. Although in the centre of the town it was quiet. Very spacious living and sleeping area. Good restaurants and cafes in the town. It had an authentic relaxed feeling and a lovely Christmas market we enjoyed.

We had an amazing time at the villa we rented! The villa exceeded all our expectations; in reality, it looked even better than in the photos. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the large garden was simply stunning. We enjoyed delicious barbecues almost every day, making our evenings truly special. The couple who travelled with us shared the same opinion about how fantastic everything was. We were also really pleased with the air conditioning in the bedrooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts, Polina & Giuseppe, were incredibly kind, very charming, and helpful. They were always ready to assist us whenever needed and even invited us over for dinner. Those were wonderful evenings filled with great food and engaging conversations. One of the highlights for me personally was the beautiful grand piano in the living room. It was such a joy to play and added a unique touch to our experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday!
