Excellent location. 5 mins from train station and across the road from the leaning tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small for 3 of us but did the job. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The location was great and was next to a flea market were you could buy souvenirs.

Staff is great . Breakfast is amazingly.. Big room snd bathroom. Comfortable bed. My room was under the bar and people were loud in the evening.

If you have very strict standards and are easily bothered by imperfections and everything have too look extra clean, well this hotel is not for you. But if you’re just looking for a functional place and don’t expect luxury, it does the job. The bed is comfortable, it has a private bathroom, and for €60 per night, the location is unbeatable—right in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. To put a perfect example the Staying here feels like being at your grandmother’s house, with a simple room and its own shower. The bathroom’s cleanliness is acceptable (though not perfect), and the sheets were clean. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes in the room, which the hotel can’t really control if previous guests smoked. Overall, it’s a decent option for a one-night stay if location matters more to you than perfection.
