Overall the guest house is a really nicely maintained palazzino full of character and in a location that's convenient for Rome, Lazio province and Umbria. The breakfasts up on the rooftop terrace were a pleasure each morning. It was lovely to chat with Maria, the manager. She prepared fried eggs and tomatoes for us on request, in addition to the standard help-yourself items.

The property is wonderful. Rooms are big and airy, super comfortable and super clean. The host, Silvia is amazing, friendly, super flexible, very sweet and tends to your every need. Big flowery gardens and more than one swimming pool to relax and enjoy the sun and the lovely quiet atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

It was a very comfortable and clean apartment, well furnished, in a central location easy to find. The owner was kind & took time to answer my questions and was most helpful to me. I would stay there again if I returned.

    Claudio and Valentino couldn't do enough for us, including picking us up and brining us to the property, as there was a bus strike on our day of arrival. The two of them were very friendly and helpful and Francesca followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory. The apartment is in the old part of Formello and is close to some very good restaurants. The apartment itself is decorated nicely and it was lovely to stay there. Our bedroom had a small balcony looking over the older houses in the village.

    Solo traveller on the VF and this was the perfect location. Lovely terrace full of plants, large clean bedroom. Excellent breakfast spread offered in the morning. The host gave me the nicest welcome with cold water and fresh watermelon, and offered an amazing breakfast spread in the morning. I really would recommend you stay here either whilst on the Via Francigena or if in Formello for any other reason. Cannot recommend highly enough

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and tidy, with a beautiful view .The landlord was easy to communicate with, making everything seamless. Their hospitality really stood out, and I appreciated how welcoming the experience was. I look forward to returning on my next trip! Highly recommended.
