The view was amazing, the bikes functional, we took a trip to see the flamingos. The walls are a bit thin, but the neighbours weren't too noisy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We spent 2 nights during February in this beautiful house. The place is quiet and remote from the traffic however the fantastic town of Grado is within a few minutes by car. Cristina provided excellent service, even the birthday surprise bouquet for my wife was perfect! For breakfast she prepared eggs, marmalade from her own garden and the baguette was freshly baked.

The place is really nice: right in the middle of an area with lots of gastronomic options. A short walk to the beach through great streets. The breakfast was good enough, with fruit and croissants. The staff was very helpful and the check-in and check-out process was very straightforward. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator, so cold drinks are available.
