Fernando is an excellent host. He welcomed us on arrival, he provided a modem when the Wi-Fi needed an extra boost and our breakfasts were more than enough to start the day. The apartment was warm and comfortable. Gallinaro provided easy access to Alvito, Atina, Setterati, and San Donato. Fernando is very knowledgeable of the area and really helpful suggesting places to visit. He was also of great assistance to us when we needed some urgent help.

The property was very spacious with everything that I needed for my stay. It was an absolutely beautiful setting and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked with everything that I could possibly need when I got there. I will visit again.

We liked everything about the property. It was clean and the surroundings were beautiful. The food was good and the waitress in the morning and evening was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The pool was excellent as snacks were of a high standard. We are finding it difficult to pick out faults.

The owner has a massive piece of land in this village and made a beautiful accomodation for guests. A superb garden, football field, very nice and cosy swimming pool (area), sitting area and the honesty bar (where you can take your drinks after registration of what you took). You get charged when you check out. There are camera's everywhere though... :-). Breakfast is nice and has everything you'd need but some variation would do wonders if you stay there for a week, like we did. Every morning you get the possibility to make a reservation for lunch and you can make a choice of what the serve. At 1PM they serve you order. You can also dine and make your choice every morning aswell, though they charge far more then in nearby restaurants. There is enough parking space where everyone parks under the trees surrounding the front garden. We enjoyed playing ping pong outside.

The place was PERFECT!!!!!! I was there for 2 days for work but wish I would have stayed more. When I arrived the lady/owner was there waiting. I arrived before check in time. I speak a little Italian and learning it as I go, so I had a conversation with her and she is very pleasant, unlike some other places I visited that were more business oriented. The house is smack in the middle of nature. The surrounding fields were well taken care of, mown and not overgrown. The little roof at the entrance you see in the pictures is a relaxing terrace with a comfortable sitting area. There is individual heating and air conditioning in the room I stayed. Breakfast was way above and beyond any other breakfast I had on my 45 days long trip. WiFi was excellent (saying that we were 2 single guests and a family of 4 people at the time staying there). Everything was very clean and the overall atmosphere very relaxing. You NEED a car to get there, and I mention this because, in my opinion, it would be less likely for a partying crowd to get there.
I would highly recommend this place.

We liked everything about the place, and the hosts were brilliant. It was in April, so the pool was covered, and we weren't ready for a swim anyway, as it was still a bit cold and the weather was stormy at times.
