Extremely pleasant welcome from lovely hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy dinner in the town of Greccio. As we stopped here on our pilgrimage we did not have a car and they not only arranged a ride for us but also made sure the restaurant opened early. The interior of the apartment is brand new and very clean.

This is a very nice place located at the slopes of one of the ranges of Apennines with easy access to local hiking trails. It is a short walk to Sanctuary or village of Greccio. Serenity House has a balcony with an amazing view over Riety Valley and Reatini Mts. Perfect place to rest and relax.

Host‘s family treated me very kind. Nice and warm welcoming made me feel comfortable like being with my family members after a long exhausting hikng. Their young lovely son Gabriel helped to communicate by kindly translating. They even invited me dinner and icecream. And we had good conversations. Although I've been traveling alone over two months, I could feel love from them rather than lonelyness with their caring at that night. Room is itself very newly innovated, clean, flawless with well equiped kitchen and many kinds bread with jams, Nuttella, and milk. And you can make a coffee with a Moka espresso maker and also can cook if you want. Landscape was brethtaking with amazing views from garden. If you'r walking the St.Francis way, it's right next to Santurio di Greccio (5mins by walking), which is the main reason that I chose this house. There are cute gooses, cats and dogs as well. Hope them have happy and healthy life. And I definately would like to visit again!

This was a good place where to stay for one night stop during our trip. We think it was overpriced. Disturbed sleep from the restaurant noises on the top floor.

Highly recommend! The hotel is situated in a charming, unique village perched atop a mountain, offering breathtaking views of the nearby lake. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs, making our stay feel extra special. The breakfast, simple and absolutely delicious was the perfect start to our day. For families with strollers, access can be a bit tricky, but the short walk from the parking lot through the magical village streets is well worth the effort. An unforgettable experience!

A quiet, secluded location with interesting "architecture" plus a large (and smaller infinity-style) pool. The staff were cheerful and helpful even when somewhat stressed by the work-load of our fairly large group.
