The room is ok in size but very old but you can't see this in the pictures. The hotel is strange, and it's more for some seminars, where your stay is paid by the company, so you can't complain too much. The room and bathroom are spacious, but neither the room nor the bathroom have ever been renovated. Breakfast is ok, you also have bacon, cheese, croissants, cereal, coffee, so you won't be hungry. Breakfast ends at 10.

The facilities were perfectly clean, Chiara was a delightful host, the bed very comfortable and warm whilst the wifi was excellent. It is also wonderfully located making it easy to access Italy’s wonders.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Even though he did not speak any English and we understood Italian only a little, he had a translator ready to answer any question we had. The breakfast was also good and on the agreed time every day. There wasn't anything we didn't like with our room or the bathroom. The only thing to keep in mind is that you'll need to wait for a bit longer than usual for the warm water to start while showering as the boiler seems to be far away - but once the warm water starts, there is enough for 2+ people to take a shower. All in all, the stay was great and we really recommend it.
