A lovely family run place that provided me with a wonderful meal at the end of the day. I had come in late and was starving. So they set up a picture perfect Italian dinner for me that saved the day. Thank you so much.

    The town itself is not much.

    The town itself is not much. A nice little piazza/main church and a few shops. The big thing to see here is the Parco Ticino with miles of walking trails through the woods that border the airport. Fascinating place with an open air history museum. Worth a trip.

    My hotel was cancelled and I had to look for a place to spend the night before moving. The administration of this hotel reacted very quickly, they brought me the keys late at night and took me by train to the airport at 6 a.m. Thank you very much, it was wonderful.

    It was close to the airport for our overnight journey back to London, reasonably priced… Didn’t realise that included breakfast, which was a positive. The hotel I would call a motel like you would get in America or New Zealand where I’m from …
