The property is newly renovated to exceptional detail. The interior design, lighting and outdoor dining area encouraged a tranquil experience. The dinner service was excellent. The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and extremely professional.
Set in a restored convent dating back to the 1950s, San Francesco is a 4-star hotel a 10-minute walk from Loreto's Santa Casa Basilica.

Most of the food was over by the time we went for breakfast, but we did go within the allocated timeframe. We requested for some fried eggs as it was all over, and we got told rudely that it was all over, and they had no more eggs. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
Just a 5-minute walk from the Santa Casa Basilica, this hotel lies in the historic centre of Loreto. It includes 2 restaurants, a bar and simple rooms with a private bathroom.

Unfortunately, the request for a later check-in was not fulfilled despite my attempts to get to the hotel after 10 p.m. I called the intercom as well as the phone given at the entrance. unfortunately, I had to sleep in my car which had broken down and was waiting for the service to arrive. I paid for the room via the app and the money was collected.
Family-run Hotel Loreto is situated on Loreto's main road, 40 metres from Piazza del Santuario square. The rooftop terrace is higher than all other buildings in the historic centre.

Andrea and his wife were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They had great recommendations for what nearby. (I really recommend GastroBi around the corner for some amazing locally sourced good.) Breakfast was included and amazing. The BnB is quite small so do let them know when you arrive so they can meet you. Definitely recommend and would book again.
We liked the hotel’s closeness to the Basilica of Our Lady.
We liked the hotel’s closeness to the Basilica of Our Lady. It was practically at the Holy House’s doorstep.
The staff was friendly and ready to give us good information about Loreto.
Buffet breakfast was good and plenty.

Despite the crowds around the sanctuary outside, inside this place of worship is peaceful and indeed most suitable for a quiet moment and prayer. The Virgin Mary's holy 'residence' within the sanctuary is indeed awesome, outside and even more so inside. Not to be missed.
Loreto also has some lovely beaches and decent restaurants near the beach (we visited Porto Recanati).

LORETO IS BEAUTIFUL, THE BEACH ISN'T TOO FAR AWAY- SUCH A PEACEFUL, RELAXING LOCATION- THE POLISH ARMY CEMETARY IS VERY CLOSE TO THE BASILICA, WHERE OVER 1000 HEROES ARE BURIED. SAVING THE BASILICA, THE TOWN AND THE MARCH REGION FROM DESTRUCTION BY THE GERMANS- AS MY FATHER FOUGHT IN THE 2ND CORPS THIS VISIT MADE IT THAT LITTLE BIT MORE SPECIAL!

The room was beautifully laid out with wooden ceiling and plenty of space. It is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Loreto and the Basilica.
Marco was incredibly helpful with anything I needed - advice, transport and patience with my Italian. Everyone I met in town was also friendly. Highly recommended.
One cannot beat the view from this hotel. We could see directly into the main piazza from our windows. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We arrived earlier than check-in and were able to leave our bags.
