You don't say it's only a two star hotel. The location is perfect, the room has everything you need, cleaning service is included, the staff is extremely nice. They have the best bar for breakfast. Ours was not included they offered it anyway. Just perfect

Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Small problem with air conditioning but was fixed immediately. I was very unwell during my stay and staff assisted quickly with an ambulance, stored our luggage whilst I went to hospital. Pool area was beautiful. Breakfast best we have had during our trip throughout Italy so far. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Big car park which was free. Not far from Old Town. Free use of beach umbrella and sun chairs over the road hotel provided a ticket for us to use which included free car park for beach. Could not fault this place was fabulous and would recommend to anyone wanting a great comfortable well priced stay.

Good location for visiting the city, by car, it is far from the old town. The hotel is clean, and has a good breakfast.

We loved our comfortable, spacious room with a sea view. The Rocca Sul Mare is full of character and there is a lovely terrace where delicious breakfasts are served. The host and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel very friendly staff. The hotel is not suitable for wheelchairs and folks that have difficulty climbing steps. Between the reception desk and the lift/elevator there is a flight of steps that has to be navigated.
