Reception staff were friendly, the main guy running the restaurant and breakfast could do with a class in politeness. He was quite rude to us at dinner so we ended up just leaving and getting somewhere else. Firstly he kept trying to rush us - the menu was only in Italian so we needed more than 3 mins to check on google translate what some of the dishes where and this seemed to annoy him. When we saw the muscles and fish that the table beside us ordered we thought it looked gross so decided to stick to pizza as that’s half the menu so it must be decent was our thinking. He told us the pizza oven was off and we had to chooses something else but he was really rude about it so like I said we left. The room was nice tho.
