this property is outstanding. The view the apartment the cleansiness  is over and beyond expectations. The apartment is very comfortable. Comfortable beds and the owner was super nice. a must see because of the location and the view you get from your Teracce. thank you Francesca! we  will definitely be back. If I had to rate this property,  on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 15.  if you’re young and able to do some stairs this is the place to stay. If you are a little bit older, there’s a few steps to take.

    Very clean, comfortable apt.

    Very clean, comfortable apt. Grat location close to everything. The A/C was much appreciated. Would use it again 😊 had supper at il Pirata, nice restaurant, make sure you drive its a long walk otherwise. Getting around was very easy.

    Nice big apartment strategically located for day trips. The host is very caring and helpful. If there is any problem, she does everything to resolve it. Free street parking during the off-season, usually spots are available for the night. The appartment is big and comfortable. Good wifi. Italian breakfast at the bar downstairs was very tasty, and gave an extra value. Marta is a beautiful village, perfectly placed on the shore of Lake Bolsena, I hope I will be back soon.

    Very nice apartment. It is warm and comfortable in winter. They took care of us and turned on the heating in advance. Very nice! The kitchen is well equipped, everything is very clean and beautiful! We found a parking place right next to the house. There is a beautiful lake and a pedestrian promenade nearby. Very attentive and caring host!

    Incredible stay in a magnificent apartment. The room was comfortable and the views of the lake are breath-taking. The host went above and beyond to make our stay in the magical town of Marta unforgettable! Cannot recommend enough!
