Mirano is quiet and idyllic on the outskirts, yet just a fifteen minute walk into town and you are greeted with beautiful architecture, a castle, stunning gardens and ponds, plenty of shops, a market, villas, and lots of old-world Italian charm!! The people of Mirano are super friendly and we can wait to come back!

The owners were very accommodating and helpful , with help with suggestions about Venice. Mary is a great cook , I had the beef lasagna and my wife had the vegetable and they were fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little town if you don’t want to be near the hustle and bustle of the main island of Venice. It’s got everything you need - we went out for dinner to two different places and it was great both times.
Residents of Mirano are friendly too :)

We were there during the weeks the residents of Mirano and the Veneto in general leave for vacation (our stay the 12th-18th of August). The good news was the sites we visited--the villas and gardens and the towns along the Brenta that I was researching--had very few people in them. The bad news is that many shops and restaurants were closed. If you don't mind August heat, it was a good time to get a close look at the sites, but if you want a bustling town atmosphere and shopping and plenty of restaurant choices, I would choose a time different than August.

The Villa Patriarca is remarkable for its calm and pleasant atmosphere, well-kept garden and nice swimming pool. The room has everything you need. It is close to the center and restaurants as well as the train station to Mira with easy and safe access to Venice. Тhe restaurant is also open for dinner, which is convenient for guests. The villa has a large and free parking lot, which is a problem in Italy. We had a very nice time.
The hotel is well recomended! It is easy to find, clean, with comfortable beds, good airconditioning. You park just outside your room, so you don't have to carry your luggage. The room is quite big, with a nice bathroom. I didn't hear any noise from other residents or cars. The stuff are polite and knows English. And there is a very nice place to eat 2 minutes away on foot.
This was our first stay on our trip and we got the warmest of welcome. Elena and Mauricio are wo fearful people and treated us like old friends. The place is gorgeous well kept with a beautiful garden and credenza. Next time I'm in Italy I'll make sure to have a longer stay at maison Elena
Friendly price, friendly staff, good location - 10 min. by car to Mirano train station, free wifi, large family room - suite, free and safe parking, fresh croissants on breakfest, perfect restaurant in front of hotel (not dedicated to hotel).
Everything was really nice. Loved the location and all the facilities, especially being allowed to swim at night. Would love to visit again when i come to Italy.
Margherita is really nice and helpful.
