There was no air conditioning as advertised on booking.com
The hotel was very hot. The manager argued with me about it. During our 2 week stay in Italy, was the only hotel without a/c or comfortable temperature.
I do not recommend them or suggest staying there.
Disappointing to say the least.

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Iris. The building is historic and beautiful and well kept up. The room was clean and comfortable and the hot shower perfect after a big day of walking. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful and allowed us to store our bags both before and after our checkout to make accommodating our day trip and departure plans very easy. Tasty macchiatos on site for breakfast. Its located conveniently near bus station and easy walking distance to town center. Overall great stay and highly recommend!

One of my favorite hotel stays in Italy. The staff were so nice. Hotel was charming and on a quiet street in the city center. Room was large and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Daily
breakfast included yoghurt, salami, rolls, cornflakes, pastry, hardboiled eggs, juice and coffee.
I don't have any cons but travelers should know: The entire hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. Also the bathrooms are a tight squeeze because you're in the historic city center.
