A unique experience. The rooms are spare but comfortable. The complex is set in the green oasis of a working farm, with an olive grove just up the hill. Quiet and peaceful. The hosts are artists whose works embellish the grounds. Breakfast in a big, airy common room consists of fresh breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Swimming pool in a lovely tree-lined setting.

Very attentive reception. We reserved just a couple of hours before arriving, yet everything was perfectly in order. The eclectic decoration of the room gave great personality, and it’s location near the historical centre of Tuscania and the restaurants, was ideal.

Lovely property and the staff were the best!! Very helpful with our travel plans and we are returning there later in the week because we loved it so much. They have a world class winning brandy distillery. They have arranged to have a shuttle take us to our cruise ship. The old town is lovely and the restaurants are top notch. My only regret is that we did not have time to see the ancient ruins. The breakfast was first class!
