The location is amazing, in nature, but still with some confort and good wifi. The bathroom is small but very functional and bidè too. Not the most comfortable bed but we slept well enough.

As a solo female traveller, I felt welcomed and comfortable staying here. Stefania and her dad are very kind and warm, they gave me lots of helpful suggestions on places to visit around Monte Sibillini. Lake Gerosa is very close by and it's such a beautiful, peaceful lake and good for swimming. The bed was comfortable, I stayed in a queen room with private bathroom and it was the perfect place to rest after hiking and exploring. They always had good coffee in the morning and there is a small store and fresh fruit/veggie stand in the town. Also plenty of cute towns nearby to explore and get gelato or drinks. Highly recommend this place, one of my favorite stays in Italy! Thanks to Stefania and her dad for making my trip memorable!

Old building beautifully restored and renovated . Very pretty hotel and large and spacious rooms that are very comfortable. Lovely breakfast in a very comfortable dining room that is light and modern and airy. A perfect manager who couldn’t have been more helpful . Great location and lots of parking.
