The staff members were very polite and helpful and everything was clean. The room was quite big and comfortable for 1 person, even for two persons that size of a room would be good. I liked the location of hotel especially because it is very close distance from Bergamo airport.

Location was very good, relatively near the Bergamo main train station and center. Room appeared clean and we had a good 2 night stay. Our room was quiet.

Superb communication and very welcoming. Anna at the front desk is phenomenal and Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver, is a rockstar. The other team members I encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, were friendly and professional. Clean room, great location. I cannot wait to go back.
