The town is a very good access point and a place to stay if...
The town is a very good access point and a place to stay if you are planning a multi-day trip around the Dolomites. It is surrounded by mountains from all sides and is only 30-60 km away from all the major hiking trails. The town has many restaurants that are open after seven o'clock in the evening. Getting around the town is easy. The roads are narrow though so some side-streets require pedestrians to share road with the cars. This is fine, as the traffic is light.Guest review byUrmasEstonia

Breakfast was typically Italian - sweet, plus yoghurt, fruit and nuts. The room with two single beds was rather small, so one had to wriggle to get out of them. ;-) The furniture is not modern, but everything worked fine - TV (only Italian programmes), Wifi, shower etc. The place is rather calm with a few restaurants, a lake a hundred metres downhill and Tizian's birthplace.Guest review byLioHebGermany
