Pretty much nothing good about the property. Only plus is proximity to the beach.

We enjoyed the rustic, relaxed setting of the hotel. Lots of lush greenery, hammocks, outside patio eating all added to the atmosphere of the hotel. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Nice staff - reception was extremely helpful with getting prescription meds organized for us. Thank you.

The hotel seems to be new, it's very modern and nicely furnished. The location was really good, you could easily walk to the city center which took less than 10 minutes. There is a large supermarket just a walking minute away and some nice restaurants just around the corner. Very nice Italian breakfast was included with exceptional coffee and incredible cappuccino 🤩
But what made our stay there memorable was amazing staff, everybody was very friendly, nice and always ready to help. We really liked it there and will definitely come back next year.

This hotel, set in some of the prettiest and best maintained gardens, is a 1.5km stroll (or investigate a rental ‘Fast’ scooter) from Pula village which offers a range of shops, cafes/restaurants.
Food is plentiful and well presented with an extensive choice of hot/cold breakfast, lunch from the bar menu and a flexible 3/2 course half board booking arrangement (it’s cheaper to agree the latter at the beginning of your stay/on booking). Their menu is well balanced 4/5 courses, that changes daily. The wine list is extensive, with many regional Sardinian offerings in full and half-bottles.
The hotel has large swimming pool, with integral jacuzzi, deeper ‘lane’ pool, underwater bike and swim-up bar. the covered bar/lunch area has a stage for a variety of evening musical entertainment, behind which are two artificial lawn bowls courts and a covered pingpong table. For young children there is a climbing frame and slude. The latter was not manned during our midSeptember stay. The private beach with umbrellas and chairs (sunbeds extra), but we recommend you take a wander left along the beach for 10 minutes to a bar hidden up to the left!
Car hire and boat trips can be arranged via reception and we thoroughly recommend a day on the San Crocce II! - snorkelling and swimming, with boat transfer if you don’t want to get wet!

Nice little village with lots of restaurants and cafes. Parking outside the pedestrian zone can be a bit tricky at first. Be aware of no-driving zones. Cameras may capture you. Everything is within walking distance. Shops are closed 1-5 pm for siesta time.

Nice little village that is great for evenings out with family oriented evening performances in town square. Little shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants abound. During days too hot to stay in village and beach is the place to be.

A lovely location close to the beach with excellent facilities plus very clean. Staff were super and really welcoming. Nice small hotel which we loved and we spent more time than we have on previous holidays just chilling in the hotel! Quite and the pool had an awesome view. We really enjoyed the vegetable patch and used it for a good few days to make tea! Plus the breakfast in the morning was great! Nice and simple which we definitely needed in that 36C. Would highly recommend!
Very beautiful place to stay for those who are not keen on hotels, house is spacious, nice and clean 3 bedrooms, big garden, friendly owners, outdoor shower, BBQ, bus stop nearby, beach max 10mins walk, lovely and private place. 100 % recommended! Great was also the fence with a gate. We went with the children and we didn't have to worry about them running away.
It’s a lovely boutique hotel around the swimming pool. The main house is beautifully decorated. The garden around the swimming pool is lovely. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed holidays. Breakfast was really nice and varied with products locally sourced. The staff was polite, helpful and lovely
Great location - close to all the beaches. Plenty of space and very peaceful. Private car parking. Air conditioning was amazing! The staff at the sister hotel were extremely kind and helpful.
