Immaculate! Made to feel like royalty by the very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed in the loft and it was absolutely wonderful . We had four adults and plenty of space. Everything was spic and span clean! There is no elevator, but the staff was helpful and carrying our bags. There is also not a television, but when you are in such a beautiful setting who needs one?!
