We loved our stay! We were traveling as a family of four, two kids (ages 4 & 9) and brought my mom along (in her 70s). We had the family room + connecting room. The place was was pretty new, beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was really cold but the hot tub was great — and we loved the breakfast and cappuccinos every morning! Overall it was super relaxing, facilities were modern/updated, and staff was very friendly! It felt rustic/remote and was just what we were looking for. We’ll be back again!

The host and staff were great. The bedrooms are upstairs. My elderly mother had difficulty getting up to her bed as the bathrooms are downstairs. Aside from that, the room served its purpose. Each room has a little patio area with seating which is nice. The grounds are well kept. The beach is close by which is a plus. We ordered dinner which wasn't anything to note. Breakfast, which is included, was like a continental style.

Sabaudia is a really pretty and nice looking town right near the sea and on a lake. Enjoyed seeing a part of Italy many international tourists don’t often go to.
Typical Italian restaurants book out on weekends & unlike more touristy spots aren’t very accommodating for walk ins.
Don’t expect many to speak much English, lucky not an issue as I speak it but my husband struggled a bit

We were looking forward to a 5 day beach experience.
We were looking forward to a 5 day beach experience. Sadly it rained but we still took the long walk over the bridge to the beach. It was probably too early in The season as only one beach side facility was open. Neglected cabins on the beach, closed down hotels all still show the impact of COVID. The town itself is dreary and the modern, square buildings hold no charm. The military background is evident. We travelled a long way to see very little and cut our trip short after only a day there.

A well run hotel with modern facilities and there is an excellent restaurant and chef. The surroundings are peaceful. As there is a large car park, a car is ideal as the town and beaches are not far away. Glad the good reviews were accurate.

The town of Sabaudia itself has a very typical fascist architecture, some might like it, others no. But the beach and actually all the Circeo Nature Reserve Park offers wonderful sceneries to those who love nature any time during the day.
At the sea you can stay in organized places or enjoy the free sandy seaside just very close to the town. You find several good restaurants where the price and quality are really good. I love the place called "Dove inizia il Mare" for its great sea-view and lovely stuff.
Not far away is a lovely medieval city San Felice di Circeo on top of the Monte Circeo, in case you would like to have a romantic walk in the evening.
Anihow, I would not recommend Sabaudia during the Italian holiday season (July, August), as it gets really too crowded.

If you are looking for luxury go elsewhere. This is small, discrete, rustic, family run business that wins you over with warm,, embracing welcome and care. They will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and worry free. Breakfast is good, italian pastries, eggs and bacon plus cheese and prosciutto(ask for both) are delicious. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel
everything! the location and surroundings. Monica was so helpful, kind and the service was something of a kind! This will definitely be the place I go back to when going to Sabaudia again.
All the team from Mami Sabaudia was really kind, we enjoyed a lot our time there. The room was perfect, comfy and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Me and my boyfriend loved it!
